Citizen Richard Bowyer
On 30 November, our Freeman Richard Bowyer was delighted to receive the Freedom of the City of London, in the company of his wife June and the Master Bowyer, Tony Kench. After swearing his oath of allegiance and signing the book, Richard was formally welcomed as 'Citizen and Bowyer of London' by the ever-charming Clerk to the Chamberlain's Court, Murray Craig.
This ceremony never fails to delight, and also never fails to be duly celebrated afterwards.
